Supermodel Elle Macpherson made a quest appearance at the Belstaffs Runway Show during Milan Fashion Week, in Milan, Italy yesterday.  She was wearing the classicPersol “714” folding sunglass which features a great reto Italian look.  Elle is most famous worldwide for her five cover appearances on Sports Illustrated’s swimsuit issue in the 1980s and 1990s.

Actress Mena Suvari was in the Toronto Airport earlier this month wearing Tom Ford’s “Angelica” sunglass.  Mena is best known for her work in American Beauty and the first two American Pie films.  She shaved her hair in June while she was shooting a movie adaptation of Ernest Hemingway’s Garden of Eden in Spain. In the film, she plays a beautiful bored newlywed who falls for a sultry Italian girl while she is honeymooning in Europe. Suvari says she fulfilled a long-standing ambition by losing her hair. She explained: “I was really excited to get to shave my head – it’s something I’d wanted to do for a while and now I had a good excuse. It was nice to shed that level of vanity for a girl.”

Actress Kate Beckinsale was at the Stella McCartney And Tasty Baby 2008 Collection preview event this last weekend wearing the very difficult to get Tom Ford “Margaux” sunglass. This beautiful sunglass has been the most difficult to get sunglass this summer and fall within the entire Tom Ford collection.  If you want it, and you are lucky enough to actually see it in a store, buy it!  You might not get the opportunity again!

Actor, writer and producer Jon Cryer was finishing the Nautica Malibu Triathlonat Zuma Beach in Malibu on September 16 wearing the sport dominating Oakley “Radar” sunglass. Actress Mariska Hargitay and son August were in Los Angeles this past weekend waving goodbye to her husband (Peter Hermann) wearing the amazing Chrome Hearts Poon II sunglass. Actress and director Elle Travis and a friend was at Melanie Segal’s Annual Platinum Lounge at the Luxe Hotel in Beverly Hills last weekend wearing the gorgeous Roberto Cavalli RC313 sunglass.  This frame is quite unique in that it has a pearl textured frame color that is hard to show in pictures, but is stunning in person. Entouragestar Jerry Ferrara (known as Turtle on the HBO show) was at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills is past weekend wearing updated aviator styled PradaSport 52GS sunglass.  While all of the actors on the show Entourage are known for wearing very rare and new sunglasses, Jerry’s character (Turtle) is the only one that rarely, if ever, wear sunglasses.

Actress Charlize Theron was in London this weekend wearing the new Versace 4112 sunglass.  This frame has become quite popular lately and is similar in style to crazy popular Oliver Peoples “Harlot”.

Actress superstar Reese Witherspoon was in Brentwood this past weekend having lunch wearing the Oliver Peoples Marriette sunglass.  As we have stated before, Reese is a HUGE Oliver Peoples fan and the Marriette sunglass is the most recent addition to her collection. 

Comedian/actor Pauly Shore and American Idol runner-up Elliott Yamin attended the TAO Hospitality Suite at The Venetian Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas earlier this month wearing their favorite sunglasses.  Pauly was wearing Oakley’s super hot seller, the Gascan, while Elliot was wearing the newest aviator style from Prada, the 69HS sunglass.
